Some of our notable software deliveries include -

• Digitization work flow management system- B’zer

B’Zer is intended to be used in high volume, high end scanning tasks with workflow management.

B’Zer supports image processing and editing with industry standard compression techniques like CCITT 4, JPEG compression. Inventory management and audit trail for all states and transitions are in-built to the system. Indexing of documents assigns metadata to images, allowing classification and management of documents.

B’Zer supports Quality Control features, ensuring removal of dependency from paper documents.

Moreover, B’Zer has full support for plug-in reporting architecture, which can be developed in isolation for customized MIS, monitoring and finer control on process management.

So far in various turn key project deployments B’zer has processed over 50 crores of documents managing over 2000 operator user in a single project.

• Document Management System (Adapted from D-Space)

D-space is an widely accepted platform of document management system in the Indian market. Although D-space was developed around the requirement of a digital library, in reality it has now been adopted in other domain as well.

Nevaeh has implemented D-space based document management system in public library, university library and government administration offices.
