This scheme which is applicable, subject
to fulfillment of certain conditions, to all the tea growers in India will remain valid during the XI Five
year Plan period ending 31st March2012.
Continuation of the scheme beyond XI Plan period would be subject
to approval for such continuation by the Central Government.
However, unfulfilled financial commitment
made on account of the applications received during the XI plan period will be fulfilled during the XII
Plan period by carrying forward such applications to the new plan period.
